Join us for the annual Remote Outdoor First Aid Course, hosted on highfield campus at a discounted rate (down from £200+ excl. travel).
The course aims to give participants of any experiance level the knowledge and confidence to asses and care for a casualty until emergancy services arrive in an enviroment where this could be longer than usual.
The course is a 2-day, 16-hour course that is approved by the Mountain Training Assosciation (MTA) and International Mountain Leader. The course meets the requirments for qualifications including: Climbing Wall Instructor, Rock Climbing Instructor, Hill and Moorland Leader and Mountain Leader.
The course would cost £215, not including travel expenses to do externally. The price for club members is £85 and it's on highfield campus!
