Coaching 14th May

This is the last coaching session of the year!

Club coaching sessions with Oli Cheshire (a lovely coach you've probably seen around Shack). He used to coach the Shack youth squad and now coaches privately. This is a great opportunity for you to climb with a coach who can give tips and pointers to help support you in your progression.

These sessions take place every Wednesday 3pm-4:30pm at Boulder Shack. The normal Shack entry fee applies and the coaching session will cost £3 (bargain).

Spaces are available to anyone, but more advanced climbers will benefit the most from these sessions. This is an espeically good opportunity to improve your physical and mental game with competitons in mind, so if you want to compete I highly recommend coming along!
