Club coaching sessions with Oli Cheshire (a lovely coach you've probably seen around shack). He used to coach the shack youth squad and now coaches privately. This is a great opportunity for you to climb with a coach who can give tips and pointers to help support you in your progression.
The sessions will take place every Wednesday 3pm-4:30pm at boulder shack. Normal entry fee to shack applies and the coaching session will cost a small fee of £3 per session.
You will need to sign up here each week to go to each session.
Spaces are available to anyone - this is an espeically good opportunity to improve your physical and mental game with competitons in mind, so if you want to compete I highly recommend coming along!
