Brush up on your sock wrestling the professionals are coming!

Shack monday the 17th we will be inviting SUMMA (Southampton University Mixed Martial Art society) to climb with us, in return they are running two 14 person MMA taster sessions for us in the studio.

The MMA sessions will require sign up, if you don't make it on please do still come climb with SUMMA and enjoy shack monday as usual. 

There is a small cost of £2 to cover studio use, on top of normal shack entry

Session 1 - 8pm

Session 2 - 9pm

After sign up we will assign you a session, if you want to nominate a buddy for the same session or have a strong perference send rebecca a message on whats app!

Wear sports clothes with no solid metal bits please xx
